Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Summer Intern role based in the Washington DC–Baltimore Area. The Summer Intern will assist with daily program activities, including supporting instructors, preparing materials, and helping to organize lessons, workshops, or events. The intern will engage directly with students, provide general classroom or program support, and help maintain a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment. Responsibilities may also include basic administrative tasks such as data entry, scheduling support, and organizing resources. The intern will collaborate with staff, participate in team meetings, and contribute ideas to improve the overall program experience.

- Ability to support educational or youth programs, including assisting with lessons, activities, and student engagement.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with students, families, and team members.
- Organizational and time-management skills, including reliability in completing tasks and following schedules.
- Demonstrated professionalism, punctuality, and a positive attitude in a team-based environment.
- Interest in education, youth development, or community programs; prior experience working with young people is a plus.
- Ability to work on-site in the Washington DC–Baltimore Area for the full duration of the summer program.
- High school diploma or current enrollment in a college or university program preferred.
- Commitment to maintaining an inclusive, respectful, and safe environment for all participants.
