Join our Litigation Team as a Summer Intern in our Washington, D.C. office.

This role will be based in our Washington, D.C. office, on an in-office basis.

Position Summary

The Summer Intern will provide essential research, administrative, and scheduling support to a fast-paced and busy team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining strict confidentiality. Candidate should also be flexible to work overtime as needed . Schedule hours: 9:00 am – 5:30 pm.

Key Responsibilities

The Summer Intern will play a key role in supporting team members and clients through a variety of tasks, including:

  • Conducts in-depth research.

  • Manages attorney/director workloads by screening/reviewing emails, phone calls, and correspondence.

  • Coordinates and schedules internal/external meetings, prepare meeting materials, and draft agendas.

  • Handles time entry, travel arrangements, reimbursement processing, filing, and document production.

  • Serves as a key administrative contact for clients, business colleagues, and public officials.

  • Assists in managing client relationships and organizing client-focused events, meetings, and fundraisers.

  • Drafts memos, letters, and emails with a high level of accuracy and professionalism.

  • Coordinates business development initiatives with the marketing department.

  • Maintains strict confidentiality on all matters.

  • Supports the team in researching various issues and tasks as needed.

Education & Prior Experience

  • 2 years of professional experience preferred.

  • High School degree required.

Technology

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)

The expected pay range for this position is:

$20 per hour

Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
