Summary
This position is located in the Executive Office of the President, United States Trade Representative
Duties
As a Support Services Specialist, GS-0342-13, your typical work assignments may include the following:
Develop and implement centralized agency Administrative Support Services management goals and objectives for assigned areas of responsibility and provides input for the agency's resource formulation process through estimates and justifications of administrative service's needs.
Serve as the trouble-shooter and expediter of urgent or involved projects. Holds discussions with agency employees to identify and resolve administrative services problems, develops plans to defuse problems and minimize potential adverse impact.
Design and implement appropriate systems, including automated information systems, to maintain accurate service data and facilitate the provision of efficient administrative support services.
Continuously evaluate Washington office building and facilities' needs, brings building
problems and deficiencies to the attention of the Director of Facilities and recommends approaches to resolving problems.
Consult with the EOP Office of Administration, the General Services Administration and other agencies on policies, programs, laws and regulations affecting USTR's administrative support services programs.
