As the temporary Executive Assistant of this education nonprofit, you will be responsible for the seamless support of a busy office’s schedule in a globally minded space. From calendar and light board support to gatekeeping and correspondence, you will be the link between the nonprofit and stakeholders. This is a perfect role for someone dedicated to providing the highest level of administrative excellence in a nurturing environment that helps the community become the leaders of tomorrow.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate between internal contacts, board members, and other community stakeholders.
  • Maintain an ever-changing calendar with precision and care.
  • Collaborate with other members of staff to ensure seamless operations.
  • Manage correspondence and act as the face of a busy office.
  • Review incoming mail and distribute as appropriate and in a timely manner.
  • Draft, edit, and proofread routine correspondence.
  • Provide administrative support to the board in a variety of areas.
  • Serve as a liaison, tracking action items, follow-ups, and key deliverables across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support planning and execution of executive and board events, proactively anticipating needs to ensure smooth operations.
