Responsibilities

As a TRADE ENFORCEMENT ANALYST, GS-0301-13/14/15, you will perform the following duties:

Provide expert research and analytical support using Mandarin Chinese source, the Director and senior staff on technical trade issues related to international trade agreement implementation, enforcement, and monitoring, including dispute settlement.

Lead research and analysis of a variety of trade information written in Mandarin Chinese.

Lead investigations of Chinese trade related issues related to the implementation, monitoring and enforcement of international trade agreements to which the U.S. is party.

Compile and analyze information and data to be utilized in briefing materials, summary statements and speeches for senior staff on major China trade enforcement issues.

Create formal reports and other materials for the development of strategies for negotiations and dispute settlement proceedings on China trade issues and under U.S. trade laws.
