Vice President of Government Affairs

The organization is seeking a Vice President of Government Affairs to lead its government relations efforts, focusing on the defense sector. This role involves analyzing and advocating for legislation and regulations that align with client priorities, as well as developing and executing strategic plans to achieve specific goals. The Vice President will manage client interactions, produce advocacy documents, and build relationships with congressional members and executive branch officials. Candidates should have at least 7 years of relevant experience, preferably as a Military Legislative Assistant or in a similar role on Capitol Hill, along with strong analytical and communication skills.
