Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Volunteer Program Manager. The Volunteer Program Manager will oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of volunteer programs, ensuring alignment with the organization's mission. Responsibilities include recruiting, training, and supporting volunteers; collaborating with various teams to match volunteers with suitable tasks; creating schedules and maintaining communication with volunteers; and tracking program impact to report results to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in program management, volunteer coordination, and leadership skills
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
• Willing to work for Unpaid/ volunteer position
• Be able to work 4-7 hours per week
• Proficiency in organizational, planning, and time management abilities
• Proficiency in digital tools and platforms for remote collaboration
• Proactive mindset, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for empowering young leaders
• Experience working with diverse teams and ensuring inclusivity in program participation
• Experience in non-profit or community engagement is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Nonprofit Management, Business Administration, Social Work, or a related field preferred
