Wargame Analyst

The organization seeks a Wargame Analyst to support defense missions by designing, planning, executing, and analyzing wargames and tabletop exercises that inform decision-making for the Department of Defense and interagency partners. This role involves engaging directly with clients to translate complex operational challenges into scenario-based events, producing actionable insights that influence policy and readiness. Key responsibilities include leading wargame execution, synthesizing qualitative and quantitative data, and creating high-quality analytic materials. Candidates should have experience with wargames or scenario-based events, strong communication skills, and a Top Secret clearance, along with a Bachelor's degree.
