Job Description
The Biden for President (BFP) campaign is looking for a Partner Manager to join the Digital Partnerships team. In this role, you will initiate and manage day-to-day operations in engaging the internet’s top content and meme pages. The ideal candidate for this role is passionate about bringing political content to voters where they already are on the internet. They have a deep interest in politics and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This position is full-time and based in Wilmington, DE.
Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate and manage relationships with top digital media companies, podcasters, and meme pages across a number of social media platforms
- Work independently with external partners to identify and land engagement opportunities and manage them from beginning to end
- Engage internal teams and cross-functional partners to foster innovative ideas
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- 2-4 years in the video, media, and/or entertainment industry working with agencies, creators, or digital media companies.
- Deep expertise of the digital media landscape and capable of identifying internet trends and/or opportunities for content. Exceptional creativity in content ideation and strategy development is a must
- Work to ensure that all content aligns with campaign goals and audience interests
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and can navigate ambiguity to achieve desired outcome.
- Experience in contract negotiation is a plus, but not required
- Ability to stay organized while managing multiple projects moving at different speeds in a deadline-driven environment
- You are willing to relocate to the Wilmington, Delaware area.
