Intelligence Analyst Lead

Key Role:

Serve as the management and technical lead for contractor personnel performing all-source analysis on the Asia-Pacific AOR. Maintain responsibility for providing senior-level expertise to the region, including completing complicated or complex tasks independently and leading or directing the work of contractor personnel assigned to work on the region. Mentor and manage a large contractor team, including leading development initiatives and teammate assessments. Serve as interface with the defense client for the team, translating requirements for staff, when needed.

Basic Qualifications:

-10+ years of experience with all-source analysis

-5+ years of experience with managing teams

-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with the Asia Pacific region, including topics such as history, current events, political climate, and military leadership

-Ability to show intermediate reading capability in Chinese, Korean, or Japanese, including the equivalent of DLPT Level 2 for reading

-BA or BS degree in International Affairs, Political Science, Foreign Area Studies, National Security Studies, Linguistics, or Middle East Studies preferred; MA or MS degree in International Affairs, Political Science, Foreign Area Studies, National Security Studies, Linguistics, Business, Library Science, or related research field a plus

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
