Senator Ted Cruz (R-TX) is seeking a Staff Assistant to join his DC office. Primary responsibilities include answering phones, processing mail, assisting with the intern program, scheduling Capitol tours, processing flag and constituent letter requests. This position manages the front office operations to include coordinating appointments and greeting visitors. Candidates must maintain a positive attitude, have strong communication and organizational skills, and be prepared to work in a fast-paced environment. Texas ties and prior Hill experience are preferred but not required.
