Job Description
The Office of Congressman Suhas Subramanyam (VA-10) is seeking motivated candidates for paid Summer 2025 internships in the Leesburg District Office.
This internship is an opportunity to witness the inner workings of the district office and gain experience working with constituent services, supporting stakeholder networks, and highlighting the Congressman’s legislative priorities in the district. Interns will have the opportunity to work with the legislative, communications, and outreach teams. Responsibilities include but are not limited to answering constituent phone calls, connecting constituents to resources, attending meetings, and coordinating special events and district visits, and other duties as necessary. The internship will run from May through August.
Qualified applicants are friendly, detail-oriented, professional, and possess excellent oral and written communication skills. Ties to Virginia’s Tenth District a plus.
