Overview:

The Biden For President campaign is seeking a Director of Celebrity Outreach to oversee the strategic integration of celebrities, artists and community influencers across campaign operations. This individual will manage day-to-day operations of key campaign stakeholders, including relationship management and development, scheduling, and event planning. To be successful in this role candidates will require creative and strategic thinking, an ability to problem solve under pressure, strong communications skills, strong attention to an eye towards organization and detail, highly organized, and a willingness to tackle tasks small and large. 

Key Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with celebrities, talent, agents, manager and publicists
• Schedule and oversee the execution of surrogate events
• Design and oversee a stakeholder engagement programming 
• Develop and execute on processes to ensure strong cross-campaign coordination for celebrities, artists, and community influencer integration
• Other duties as assigned

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• 2 or more cycles of campaign experiencePrevious experience working in the entertainment industry 
• Experience in event planning or advance work
• Strong written and verbal communications skills; strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels
• Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a detail-oriented manner
• Ability to handle projects with the appropriate level of discretion and confidentiality 
• Ability to work well under pressure with humor and grace
• A team player that recognizes the importance of working collaboratively and a ‘no task too small’ attitude

$95,000 - $120,000 a year
