Health IQ is looking for energetic early-career candidates for the Digital Marketing Specialists positions who are interested in learning the insurance industry, a growth trajectory, and making a positive impact on the everyday quality of Health IQ.

The Digital Marketing Specialist will work alongside the marketing team to identify target markets, brand image, create content, lead digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. This position can reside in either the Dallas, TX, or remote for the right candidate.

What YOU will be doing:

Manage and build overall email, text and chat lead generation strategy

Create various email, text, chat lists and campaigns

Create and design various CTAs and email, text, chat templates

Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements

Report on sales revenue generated from marketing efforts

Increase subscriptions

Analyze data to get smart insights

Suggest methods for improvements

Segment lists based on behaviors like past email engagement and website interactions

Develop documentation and road maps for processes, A/B tests, and promotions that succeed through email.

What YOU need to bring:

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing relevant degree

2 years of hands-on experience designing, developing and executing email, text and chat campaigns

Proficient using marketing automation technology

Knowledge of the latest digital marketing trends

Experience with email automation tools

Hands-on experience with HTML and content management systems

Proficiency in marketing automation technology

Knowledge of SEO/SEM and Google Analytics

Familiarity with analytical and database tools

Excellent written communication and copywriting skills

Strong project management skills

An ability to work under tight deadlines
