Program Director

We are recruiting for a Program Director for the Person-Centered Reproductive Health Program (PCRHP) to join the program leadership team and provide strategic and operational direction to the program. The Program Director will have both administrative and operational leadership responsibilities, as well as supporting the program’s research enterprise through contracts and grant writing and project management. The Program Director will manage financial, personnel/Human Resources (HR), and other programmatic activities and resources through direct reports. The ideal candidate for this position will be both well-versed in and passionate about sexual and reproductive health research; and also utilize strong organizational management skills and experience with providing strategic vision and leadership to academic or social justice-oriented programs.

Specifically, under the supervision of the Director, the Program Director will:

• Participate on program leadership team and provide strategic vision to program

• Contribute to identification and pursuit of funding opportunities and revenue streams

• Oversee program operations for the PCRHP, including staffing, resource management, and serving as a key liaison between PCRHP and the department, university, and external partners

• Manage specific PCRHP projects as appropriate, including contributing to data analysis and manuscript preparation

• Directly supervise Program Assistant responsible for operational support of the program, as well as research staff as appropriate.
