We are looking for a Digital Advertising Associate to join us through the 2024 Election Cycle. 

We’re a growing company and want someone who can grow with us. This is a great opportunity for someone who has an understanding of digital marketing basics but wants to collaborate and learn in a fun environment for clients who are working to make the world a better place. 

Applications will remain open until 5/31 and interviews will be conducted on a rolling basis.


As a part of our team, you would:

  • Work with clients to understand their goals and develop strategies to reach those goals.
  • Partner with designers, analysts, and developers—really the whole team—to coordinate on digital advertising campaigns, website development, and other projects.
  • Set up, analyze, and optimize ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube, and more.


You’d be a great fit if you have:

  • An interest in learning new things. The digital world is constantly changing so we frequently test new strategies and tactics.
  • 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or communications: running campaigns, launching websites and drafting content.
  • Working knowledge of digital platforms, like Facebook / Instagram ads, NGP, Everyaction, and Google Ads.
  • Written and verbal Spanish language skills.
  • Superior organization and time management skills.
  • Strong writing & communication skills and a preference for working in teams.
  • Extraordinary attention to detail.
  • Willingness to put in that extra time and effort: sometimes we have to work longer days or on weekends, especially during campaign seasons.


Salary & Benefits: 

The salary for this position is $50,000 per year and and a generous benefit package. In order to counter pay inequality and uphold internal parity, salaries are non-negotiable.
