Campaign Field Organizer

The Pennsylvania House Democratic Campaign Committee is seeking qualified individuals to serve as campaign Field Organizers. These are campaign cycle, full-time positions based throughout the Commonwealth.

● Individuals applying for Field Organizer positions do not require prior campaign experience. ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

● Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment;

● Ability to work effectively and tactfully with the public;

● Excellent oral and written communication skills;

● Commitment to maintaining a Democratic Majority in the PA State House.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary, Seasonal

Pay: $4,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week

• Political: 1 year (Preferred)
