Job Description
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
The Executive Director (ED) leads the execution of The Jazz Bridge Project mission. This includes program oversight, financial and personnel management, with a strong focus on identifying and securing funding to drive revenue growth and long-term sustainability. The ED works closely with the Board, Staff, Volunteers and Committees to expand funding sources, elevate Jazz Bridge’s brand, broaden its reach, and strengthen community partnerships.

REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum five years of relevant experience
- Demonstrated experience leading nonprofit organizations
- Knowledge and involvement in the Philadelphia jazz and cultural community
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable using social media to engage audiences
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Visionary yet pragmatic; demonstrates humility, sound judgement, integrity
- Ability to work a regular and flexible schedule, including designated office hours
- Occasional local travel for meetings and events required
