Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and execute comprehensive campaign plans for multiple candidates.
- Set strategic goals and benchmarks to measure campaign progress and success.
- Conduct regular analysis of campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed.
- Team Leadership and Management:
- Recruit, train, and manage campaign staff and volunteers.
- Provide guidance, support, and motivation to team members.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
- Fundraising and Budget Management:
- Develop and implement fundraising strategies to meet campaign financial goals.
- Manage campaign budgets and ensure effective allocation of resources.
- Oversee fundraising events and donor relations.
- Communications and Outreach:
- Develop and execute communication plans, including media relations, social media, and public appearances.
- Ensure consistent messaging across all campaigns and platforms.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including voters, community leaders, and political organizations.
- Field Operations:
- Coordinate grassroots efforts, including canvassing, phone banking, and voter registration drives.
- Develop and oversee voter outreach and engagement strategies.
- Monitor and analyze voter data to inform campaign decisions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
