Regional Director- Political

Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign Strategy and Planning:
• Develop and execute comprehensive campaign plans for multiple candidates.
• Set strategic goals and benchmarks to measure campaign progress and success.
• Conduct regular analysis of campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed.
• Team Leadership and Management:
• Recruit, train, and manage campaign staff and volunteers.
• Provide guidance, support, and motivation to team members.
• Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
• Fundraising and Budget Management:
• Develop and implement fundraising strategies to meet campaign financial goals.
• Manage campaign budgets and ensure effective allocation of resources.
• Oversee fundraising events and donor relations.
• Communications and Outreach:
• Develop and execute communication plans, including media relations, social media, and public appearances.
• Ensure consistent messaging across all campaigns and platforms.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including voters, community leaders, and political organizations.
• Field Operations:
• Coordinate grassroots efforts, including canvassing, phone banking, and voter registration drives.
• Develop and oversee voter outreach and engagement strategies.
• Monitor and analyze voter data to inform campaign decisions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
