Job Description
Under the supervision of the Principal Investigator (PI), the Project Manager will use skills as an experienced professional to:
• Manage and lead multiple complex projects in the Person-Centered Reproductive Health Program, variously focused on quality improvement, training and technical assistance, intervention design, adaptation, and dissemination, communication efforts, community engagement, and intervention-related formative research and evaluation
• Coordinate project planning, development, implementation, and when applicable, evaluation for diverse projects
• Participate in program’s strategic planning for project selection and acquisition of funding.
• Lead development of grant proposals in partnership with faculty and program manager and manage communication with officers of funding agencies.
• Provide project-based personnel management to lead assistant staff on tasks such as material production, intervention revisions and adaptations, project-related communications, presentations, and study recruitment
• Perform quantitative and qualitative data analysis
• Coordinate synthesis and dissemination of project accomplishments and findings
• Manage communications with partners from diverse sectors and disciplines
