The Office of Senator Jon Ossoff (D-GA) seeks a Deputy Scheduler and Assistant to the Chief of Staff in his Washington, DC office. Responsibilities include supporting the Director of Scheduling’s management of the Senator’s calendar, organizing meeting and event requests in DC and Georgia, managing the Senator’s briefing book, and facilitating Senator-directed projects. Duties also include handling scheduling requests and other administrative tasks for the Chief of Staff, including booking travel. Applicants must be detail-oriented, highly organized, collaborative, and should be able to handle multiple projects at once. Dependability, consistency, and exceptional interpersonal skills are a must. Georgia ties a plus. Previous scheduling or administrative support experience preferred but not required. The expected starting annual salary for this position is $55,000 with eligibility for Senate benefits.
