Available Roles by Teams:
- Voter Protection: Safeguard the integrity of our democratic process by ensuring every eligible voter can cast their ballot free from interference or intimidation.
- Political and Coalitions: Build strategic partnerships and alliances with community organizations, advocacy groups, and elected officials to advance our shared goals.
- Communications: Amplify our message, engage voters, and shape public perception through media relations, social media, and storytelling.
- Field and Digital Organizing: Mobilize volunteers, organize events, and leverage digital platforms to connect with voters and drive turnout.
- Trips: Coordinate travel logistics and support high-profile campaign events featuring candidates and surrogates.

Requirements:
- Commitment to elect Democrats up and down the ballot
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Experience in political campaigns or advocacy preferred, but not required
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed
