Job Description
Democrat Eugene Vindman’s Campaign is looking to recruit and train multiple part-time Field Organizers to join our team, work to hold Virginia’s critical 7th Congressional District and elect Eugene to Congress.
Eugene is a former Army Colonel who spent 25 years serving our country in uniform. Now he’s running for Congress to defend our democracy, protect abortion access, and strengthen our public education system.
What you’ll do:
- Support on various aspects and needs of a campaign operation
- Conduct direct voter outreach through door-knocking and phone banking activities
- Recruit and train volunteers for direct voter contact activities
- Represent the campaign at community events and provide support for events as needed
- Work in a fast-paced, ever-changing office environment as day-to-day tasks evolve on the campaign trail

- Have experience working on, or volunteering for, Democratic campaigns or causes
- Are a problem-solver who enjoys collaborating with other team members
- Have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to take initiative
- Have strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to diversity and inclusion
- Have access to reliable transportation and can commit to working 20 hours per week
The salary for Part-time Field Organizers is $15/hour
