Paid Political Canvasser

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Canvasser to join our team. As a Canvasser, you will be responsible for engaging with the public to promoting our political campaign, Bryan Paz-Hernandez for County Commissioner District 11, through door-to-door canvassing. Pay is commensurate to doors reached, every 35 doors reached equals to 10 dollars.

Responsibilities:

• -Conduct door-to-door canvassing to promote campaign and drop off campaign literature
• Engage with people in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide information about campaign platforms
• Collect feedback and data from interactions with the public
• Meet daily or weekly quotas for successful interactions
• Maintain accurate records of leads and outcomes

Qualifications:

• NO PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• TRANSPORTATION PROVIDED
• HIRING IMMEDIATELY
• Supervisory skills to lead a team of canvassers (nice-to-have)
• Experience in fundraising or electioneering (nice-to-have?
• Bilingual proficiency is a plus
• Familiarity with door-to-door canvassing and telemarketing techniques (nice-to-have)
• Excellent communication skills to engage with diverse audiences (nice-to-have)
