Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Canvasser to join our team. As a Canvasser, you will be responsible for engaging with the public to promoting our political campaign, Bryan Paz-Hernandez for County Commissioner District 11, through door-to-door canvassing. Pay is commensurate to doors reached, every 35 doors reached equals to 10 dollars.
Responsibilities:
- -Conduct door-to-door canvassing to promote campaign and drop off campaign literature
- Engage with people in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide information about campaign platforms
- Collect feedback and data from interactions with the public
- Meet daily or weekly quotas for successful interactions
- Maintain accurate records of leads and outcomes
Qualifications:
- NO PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- TRANSPORTATION PROVIDED
- HIRING IMMEDIATELY
- Supervisory skills to lead a team of canvassers (nice-to-have)
- Experience in fundraising or electioneering (nice-to-have?
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Familiarity with door-to-door canvassing and telemarketing techniques (nice-to-have)
- Excellent communication skills to engage with diverse audiences (nice-to-have)
