Possible Responsibilities:
Voter Outreach: Assist with door-to-door canvassing efforts to engage with voters, distribute campaign materials, and collect important data. Conduct phone banking to reach out to potential supporters and inform them about the conservative principles we advocate.
Event Support: Assist in organizing and coordinating campaign events, including town halls, rallies, fundraisers, and volunteer meetings. Help with event logistics, set-up, registration, and outreach.
Volunteer Coordination: Work closely with the Regional Field Directors to recruit, train, and manage campaign volunteers. Provide support and guidance to volunteers during events and canvassing activities.
Voter Registration: Assist in voter registration drives, ensuring compliance with state regulations and maintaining accurate records. Educate and inform voters about the registration process and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Interest in Republican Politics
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, political campaigns or a related field
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of political campaigns, electioneering, or grassroots organizing is preferred
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed

Pay: $12.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
