- Managing administrative aspects of projects, including scheduling client and internal meetings, meeting material preparation, and note taking during client meetings.
- Supporting the preparation of standardized operating procedures, work plans and client ready reports.
- Conducting literature reviews of technical and professional publications.
- Participating in the design of research studies and preparing findings presentations.
- Supporting business development proposals to include tracking and resume collection.
Education, Knowledge, and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in degree in public health, public policy, economics, or related field.
- Knowledge of health care policy topics, such as the Affordable Care Act (ACA), health insurance Exchanges, network adequacy, pharmacy benefit management, interoperability, and/or health care quality initiatives strongly preferred.
- Proposal and report preparation experience.
- Experience with qualitative and/or quantitative research methods.
Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing error free client deliverables.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work efficiently in a virtual work environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to ensure effective communication with individuals at all levels and from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to take initiative, work independently and in a team environment.
Disclosures:

AIR’s Total Rewards Program, is designed to reward our staff competitively and motivate them to achieve our critical mission. This position offers an anticipated salary of $25.50 per hour. Salary offers are made based on internal equity within the institution and external equity with competitive markets. Please note this is the annual salary range for candidates that are based in the United States.
