Senior Policy Associates

We are excited to announce that CSW is looking to add two new staff to our team. We are currently hiring the following positions:

• • Senior Policy Associate for our Federal, State, & Local Systems Change team
  • Senior Policy Associate for our Trauma & Resilience at Work team

Senior Policy Associates (SPA’s) have a deep understanding of workforce policy and practice at the national, regional, and/or community levels. SPA’s have experience transforming workforce systems and advancing public and privately funded innovation initiatives. They understand the gaps and inequities in the workforce development system and are skilled at implementing more effective strategies and approaches. SPA’s support projects that advance CSW’s focus on reducing poverty, increasing economic mobility for low-wage workers, and addressing racial disparities within our field.
