Passion. Purpose. Impact. CJP is one of Boston's oldest and most respected philanthropic organizations and we are currently seeking a Marketing Automation Analyst.


Summary of Position:

The Marketing Automation Analyst will support the deepening of CJP’s community engagement through the building of marketing audiences and segments for digital marketing and communications programs. The Analyst will be responsible for digital and campaign performance reporting, dashboarding, and storytelling.

 

This role will partner closely with the other members of the Digital Strategy and Growth team and the Strategy Marketing teams to ensure the success of communication efforts. The Analyst will add value by helping to shape both existing and new processes as we complete the implementation of new marketing automation projects. This person will be a power user in HubSpot and Google Analytics as well as a subject matter expert on information across systems. Using integration knowledge and relationships with internal partners, this person will construct audiences for a wide variety of communications, analyze their effectiveness, and continually optimize by channel.

 

A successful candidate will have a curiosity about data & marketing strategy, great documentation and communication skills, will be energized by a dynamic environment, and is committed to continuous learning. Both technical skills and relationship-building are essential components of the position, as the role will partner with a wide range of stakeholders around the organization.


Key responsibilities will include querying, report/dashboard-building, working with stakeholders on segmentation, list/audience creation, and response analysis.


Primary Responsibilities:

·      Create email audiences in HubSpot, using a combination of HubSpot and Blackbaud CRM data, through partnering with a variety of internal stakeholders

·      Support appeal segmentation; implemented appeal segmentation in support of direct marketing production outreach cycle for mail, Internet (email), and phone channels

·      Generate lists for other outgoing communications (not limited to email), including complex Annual Fund solicitation efforts

Education:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.

Budgeted Salary Range:


$62,300 - $77,900


Work Schedule: CJP staff work a hybrid work schedule where Tuesdays and Wednesdays staff work in the office; on Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays staff may work remotely.
