Job Description
Position Summary: We seek a dynamic, organized, and reliable individual to provide administrative, academic, and technical support for our part-time college program.
Areas of Responsibility: ·
Lead outreach and recruitment efforts in Chicopee, Holyoke, and Springfield for our part-time college program.
Provide academic support to students to increase attendance and engagement.
Provide teaching assistance support for professors, as needed.
Assist with coordination and communication of program services and event logistics between other Care Center staff members, professors, and students.
Additional tasks and activities as request by the Program Director.
Qualifications:

Demonstrated ability and desire to work in a diverse, multicultural environment
Detail oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience working in an educational setting, preferably with adult learners, strongly preferred
Training in trauma-informed pedagogy and equity and inclusion in the classroom, strongly preferred
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Valid license and clean driving record required
Proficiency in Spanish strongly preferred
