TIME COMMITMENT: Full Time Schedule
JOB TYPE: Temporary
START DATE: Immediately
COMPENSATION: $20 - $25 / hour ; $2/per day for use of personal telephone data.
Description: Citizens for a Responsible Anaheim, Sponsored by Unite Here Local 11 is a progressive organization dedicated to worker and immigrant rights and the mobilization of voters through political and advocacy campaigns.
Job Responsibilities:
The Data team will assist the political and advocacy canvassing/field team by maintaining and updating campaign spreadsheets, performing data entry, assigning and cutting turf in PDI database, as well as analyzing field data and producing reports with key information. Other responsibilities and assignments on an as needed basis as well. Flexibility is a requirement.
Qualifications:
We provide paid training; experience in data or organizing for social justice is a plus. Must be able to work late evenings and/or early mornings and weekends.

o Ability to present key information clearly, both verbally and in spreadsheets/reports

o Committed to advancing immigrants’ rights and workers’ rights
Preferred Skills:
o Prior political campaign experience in data or field, or experience with unions/non-profits
o Experience with PDI and/or VAN
o Experience with SQL, Python, etc.
o Experience with CRM databases
o Bilingual Spanish a plus
o Dependable vehicle a plus
Terms of Employment:
o The Data Team Member position is a temporary position from now until November 2024
o This is a full-time position
o Pay range is $20 - $25 per hour, commensurate with Experience level
o Must be able to work late evenings and/or early mornings, as well as weekends
o Exact schedule & day(s) off negotiable dependent on campaign needs
