Our customers are facing new and complex challenges keeping their data protected and secure while leaning more heavily on hybrid and cloud solutions to do so. Our newest CSS organization - Security, Compliance, Identity and Management (SCIM) - was created to further enable our commitment to our company’s collective Security strategy and our ability to handle these critical customer needs from start to finish.

We are looking for a creative, self-motivated, and collaborative Communications Manager to support our SCIM business and operational framework. Responsibilities

  • Create the overall communication framework for the SCIM - Security Compllicance Identity and Management organization. This plan should support business priorities, strategy, organizational culture, and scale for all regions and teams.
  • Provide support to the SCIM BM - Business Manager, GM - General Manager and LT - Leadership Team - including communications and presentations for internal and cross-group audiences.
  • Help build effective channels, strategies, and methods to reach across teams, roles, and geographies. Establish lightweight listening systems to gather feedback, and interactive methods to create an open door of communication between leaders and teams, and environment of trust.
  • Develop and manage the rhythm of communication that aligns with the organizational rhythm of the business.
  • Create and enhance change management processes – both proactively and reactively – keeping pace with our support delivery operational rigor.
  • Build and cultivate partnerships and have a thirst to learn and continually evolve – both for your own growth and that of the SCIM organization.


Qualifications


Required/Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance, or related field AND 2+ years Communications, Marketing Operations, Field Operations, Program Management, Project Management, or related experience
o OR equivalent experience.

Other Qualifications:

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and / or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire / transfer and every two years thereafter.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years’ communications and/or public relations, journalism, marketing, or all the above
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex issues and deliver compelling information to an employee audience
  • Good organizational skills and examples of balancing competing projects and priorities
  • Passion for communications, creativity, and storytelling, including being thoughtful about how new channels and tools are creating new ways to inform and engage people
  • Proven executive maturity and the ability to carry a strategic communications discussion with senior leaders
  • Knowledge of measuring the impact and effectiveness of communications
  • Proficient Microsoft Office and Teams skills, such as PowerPoint and SharePoint/Viva Engage.
  • A customer- and inclusion-obsessed mindset

Communications IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $80,900 - $162,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $105,300 - $176,900 per year.
