The Office of Senator Adam Schiff is seeking a Law Clerk to work in his Washington, D.C. office for the fall of 2025. Duties include assisting the Senator’s judiciary team with legislative research, memo drafting, oversight work, and preparing the Senator for Senate Judiciary Committee hearings and markups.

Candidates must be current law students and be able to work a minimum of 15 hours per week. Candidates must also possess strong writing and analytical skills, legal research skills, and critical thinking skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. California ties are preferred, but not required. Applicants may be eligible for a Senate stipend and may earn academic credit – based solely on each institution’s criteria.
