THIS IS A CORPORATE POSITION

Job Summary

Coordinates and ensures the timely, relevant and effective communication of messages to internal audiences in accordance with the Internal Communications department Policies and Procedures. Serves as the central point of contact for team members needing to communicate relevant company information and/or materials to Papa John’s franchisees and operators.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Serve as the initial point of contact for broadcast (e-mail and fax distribution) communication requests and for miscellaneous distributions and rollouts (postal service distribution).

  • Create and maintain databases containing confidential franchise information and franchise and company distribution groups. Communicate with Franchise Performance, Informations Systems, Corporate Operations and various other internal departments to maintain data critical to integrity of lists. Query databases and build mailing lists for distribution purposes.

  • Manage various internal communications processes and obtain approvals in adherence with department Policies and Procedures.

  • Format, proof and distribute company communications to restaurants, franchise groups and supporting team members via broadcast email, fax and mailings.

  • Work with communications initiators and Mail Management Services to ensure the timely and, whenever possible, most cost efficient method for distribution.

  • Assist marketing and training departments in coordinating rollouts, broadcast/promotions communications, and print distribution.

  • Maintain accurate records of all communications and rollouts.

  • Assist event planning and corporate communications event teams with tasks associated with company-wide events.
