About the Campaign: Alex Kelloff is running for Congress in Colorado’s 3rd District—one of the most competitive races in the country. Our campaign is based in the Roaring Fork Valley and covers a wide and diverse district, from rural towns to mountain communities.
Position Summary: We're looking for a highly organized and motivated Deputy Organizer, Field & Finance, to join our startup campaign. This role is ideal for someone passionate about community engagement and eager to contribute to a fast-paced political environment. While primary responsibilities will be based in the Roaring Fork Valley, some travel may be required.
Key Responsibilities:
● Operational Support: Provide comprehensive daily operational support in the Roaring
Fork Valley, as directed by the Senior Advisor.
● Community Engagement: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with local
supporters and organizations and oversee all volunteer activities and events in Aspen
and the Roaring Fork Valley.
● Event Management: Collaborate with the Senior Finance Advisor and Operations
Manager to meticulously help plan and execute fundraising and field events in Aspen
and surrounding areas.
● Executive Assistance: Serve as an executive assistant to the Senior Advisor and
candidate in the Aspen area, handling day-to-day tasks such as running errands,
managing correspondence, and staffing local events.
● Volunteer Recruitment: Lead efforts to recruit and mobilize volunteers to support
events throughout the summer and ongoing.
Compensation and Benefits:
● Pay: $3,000 - $4,000 per month, commensurate with experience.
● Relocation: For exceptional candidates, relocation assistance may be considered.
