PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:

Inspire Brands Foundation is the independent, charitable arm of Inspire Brands, a multi-brand restaurant company whose portfolio includes more than 4,700 Arby's, Buffalo Wild Wings, and Rusty Taco locations worldwide.

We're seeking a Manager of Marketing & Communications to lead the internal and external visibility efforts of the Inspire Brands Foundation. The ideal candidate has strong experience in non-profit marketing and public relations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

To support the Inspire Brands Foundation, the Manager of Marketing & Communications will:

Develop and lead a proactive communications strategy for the Foundation's work in Atlanta and across the country.

Raise the Foundation's visibility with franchisees, corporate team members, restaurant team members, and the local Atlanta community.

Manage the Foundation's digital platforms and presence online.

Establish strong working relationships with key Atlanta reporters and producers, acting as a spokesperson for the Foundation when needed.

Promote national and local community impact programs of Arby's and Buffalo Wild Wings.

Collaborate with the Foundation's national program partners in order to showcase the Foundation's role in making an impact across America.

Create collateral and presentations about the Foundation to help educate internal and external stakeholders.

Assist with the planning and allocation of the Foundation's marketing budget.

Oversee the day-to-day management of the Foundation's communications agency.

Collaborate regularly with organizational departments, program partners, franchisees, and other stakeholders.

Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.

EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATION:

At least five years of experience in marketing or public relations.

A passion for social impact and community relations.

Strong writing skills and a keen attention to detail.

PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, OR ABILITIES:

Experience in corporate or non-profit marketing and public relations.

Experience with a Big Four advertising agency or Holmes 250 PR agency.
