Reverend Raphael Warnock’s campaign for U.S. Senate seeks a Scheduler and Operations Director. Reverend Warnock is endorsed by the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee (DSCC), former gubernatorial candidate Stacey Abrams, and Georgians of every walk of life.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage the administration of the candidate’s calendar and coordinate various obligations between multiple calendars.
Administering additional calendars as needed.
Assist in running the weekly and monthly scheduling meetings, including preparing all scheduling materials for such meetings.
Respond to requests for the candidate and campaign’s time, including but not limited to obtaining additional details.
Manage the compiling of the daily briefing, including ensuring staff submit briefings in time for adequate transmission to candidate.
Overseeing and coordinating transportation plans for the campaign.
Assisting with additional needs regarding office openings, administration, and events.
Oversee some HR systems as needed, such as managing the reimbursement process and assisting with onboarding.
Other duties as needed.
SKILLS OR QUALIFICATIONS:
Past experience with Outlook and Google Calendars, and additional proficiency with microsoft office suite and G-suite.
Strong oral, written, research & interpersonal skills.
Organizing mindset and can-do attitude.
Attention to detail.
Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and creative problem solve.
Enjoys working in a dynamic team environment with varied members of the general public.
Willingness to work long hours and irregular campaign hours, including nights and weekends.
Valid driver’s license and reliable access to a vehicle.
This position is located in Atlanta, Georgia.
