Position Summary

Responsible for management of all aspects of the employee lifecycle within an organization, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, compliance, and training and development, and acting as a liaison between employees and management while ensuring adherence to employment laws.

Qualifications

  • High degree of skill in information literacy, research, and presentation of information
  • Commitment to and facility with life-long learning, self-reflection, and professional growth
  • Demonstrated success in complex project management, high level of attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills

Required Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Advanced computer literacy with specific proficiency in Microsoft environment (Word, Excel, OneDrive, and SharePoint)

Preferred Education and Experience

  • Human Resources certification preferred
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations

Compensation 

This is a full-time, exempt position based on a 40-hour work week. The salary range is $60,000 to $65,000 with excellent benefits.
