As a Senior Client Services Associate, you will serve as a day to day client contact for the client team and immediate support to the Client Services Associates.

Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities:

  • Train new Client Services staff on onboarding, customer service, creation of reports, and DSPolitical’s mission
  • Handle clients with historical cycle spend of $50,000+
  • Develop and execute client-focused strategic media plans, associated budgets and timelines for campaigns
  • Effectively address issues that may arise with campaigns
  • Use strategic thinking to advise on campaigns and address changing needs
  • Provide counts and inventory availability for DSPolitical and clients
  • Relay strategy, reporting, and regular touch points to the client team
  • Follow up with final reporting and propose media plans for successive flights
  • Anticipate client demands and proactively take action to ensure the highest level of satisfaction
  • Continuously improve CS processes and efficiencies as we continue to shape the department
  • Coach CS Associates on how to drive inside sales

Minimum Qualifications & Skill Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in politics or public affairs. Years of relevant education may be substituted for years of experience.
  • High degree of proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, as well as Google Apps. 
  • Experience in CRMs required; experience with Salesforce a plus. 
  • Relevant project management experience required. 
  • Experience managing a staff preferred

Office Hours

This position is remote friendly. We work on a hybrid basis at our office locations with many team members working entirely from home. Work hours are consistently 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M., Monday - Friday, with the expectation that evening and weekend work will be required as necessary.
