The ideal candidate is an optimistic extrovert - happy to help sometimes frustrated people work through tech solutions - and an innovator - always looking for ways to improve systems, materials and processes to make campaigners’ lives easier and their campaigns more effective.

The ideal candidate will have some of these characteristics:

  • Goal-oriented and independently motivated. Ready to drive forward your portfolio, communicating about obstacles, pursuing next steps, and delivering results.

  • Experience working with local or state Democratic parties.
  • Experience managing staff or organizing volunteers.
  • Coaching, teaching or counseling experience.

And please let us know if you have any questions or need help with any part of the process: email hello@contesteveryrace.com.
