Job Description
Representative Seth Magaziner (RI-02) seeks a Constituent Affairs and Field Representative in his Warwick, RI office for duties including but not limited to:
- Manage a portfolio of casework for constituents;
- Liaise with federal agencies on behalf of constituents;
- Ensure outreach efforts align with the Member’s strategic vision and goals;
- Serve as a representative for the Member at district events, as determined by the District Director, Deputy District Director and Director of Constituent Services;
- Coordinate with the Rhode Island and Washington, DC staff to ensure district priorities are reflected in legislative priorities;
- Build and maintain relationships with constituents and key community stakeholders;
- Coordinate with communications staff to highlight casework, monitoring casework trends;
- Inform the District Director, Deputy District Director, Director of Constituent Services, and the Members about emerging issues in the district.
The Constituent Affairs and Field Representative reports to the Director of Constituent Services and the Deputy District Director.
