Job Description
The Washington, D.C. Office of Senator Bernie Sanders is currently accepting applications for spring 2025 legislative internships. These paid internships are tailored for recent graduates and current students, and other entry level candidates. Duties include but are not limited to: answering phones and processing voicemails, sorting mail and scans, attending hearings and briefings, drafting legislative mail, providing assistance to legislative staff, conducting rapid response, and helping with setup for events. Progressive politics, familiarity with the Senator’s legislative priorities, and Vermont ties strongly preferred but not required.
