The Office of U.S. Senator Ted Budd (R-N.C.) is seeking an experienced and creative Digital Director to join the communications team in Washington, D.C. The Digital Director will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive digital strategy that aligns with the Senator’s messaging priorities. This includes creating original content for major platforms such as X, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube; drafting compelling copy tailored to each platform; producing high-quality videos and graphics; taking photos in a variety of settings; and ensuring timely updates and maintenance of the Senator’s website. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of online trends and a keen eye for detail and design.

Candidates should have at least two years of relevant experience in digital communications, preferably in a Hill office or similarly paced political environment. Strong writing skills, proficiency in video editing and photography, and familiarity with website content management systems are essential. The ideal candidate will display an ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the broader communications team.
