Coca-Cola Beverages Florida (“CCBF”), headquartered in Tampa, Florida, is one of the largest independently owned and operated Coca-Cola bottlers in the United States. CCBF markets, sells, and distributes products of The Coca-Cola Company (TCCC) in Florida.

The Public Affairs , Communications Manager will drive awareness and partnership across a defined geography. They will help drive and steward Coca-Cola Beverages Florida (CCBF) relationship and image by nurturing partnerships that deliver sustainable performance and meaningful relationships within the Florida community. This role will work to identify key community partners that are aligned with CCBF's community pillars, engage local CCBF facilities and leaders to do the same, help define the appropriate community spend, and position CCBF leaders to be local points of contact within the community. The Public Affairs, Communications Manager will also partner with the CCBF governmental partners to ensure consistent community and governmental alignment across the regions. This person will have the ability to seamlessly work with all levels in the organization, as well as work with a variety of levels in the community relations space.

Responsibilities:

Community outreach and strategic partnerships with local and state associations including Chambers, industry organizations, business associations.

Manages employee volunteerism by creating a shared value approach to the Golden Triangle (Government, Community and Corporate)

Create,implement, manage and track community engagement programs ·

Manage external board engagement

Liaison with CCBF Marketing and other departments to build the CCBF brand

Mobilize community engagement

Participate with Coca-Cola Company PAC and other state community entities as appropriate.

Skills & Requirements

Bachelor's degree required

8+ years in the PAC field

Strong verbal and written communications

Strong local community relationships

Ability to establish and maintain strong relationshipswith external and internal stakeholders ·
