Appellate Associate

The organization is seeking an experienced appellate associate or federal appellate judicial clerk to join its Administrative and Regulatory Litigation Group in Washington, DC. This small, growing team focuses on complex appellate and regulatory litigation, including Administrative Procedure Act and constitutional law challenges. The role involves significant responsibility for high-stakes cases, drafting appellate and amicus briefs, and providing client counseling on rulemakings and administrative law issues. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional research, writing, and analytical skills, along with a strong interest in appellate law, and must have completed a federal appellate judicial clerkship.
