The organization seeks a Private Funds Associate to join its Asset Management Group within the Corporate Department. This role focuses on advising clients on the formation and operation of private investment funds, including private equity and hedge funds. Key responsibilities include drafting and negotiating fund formation documents, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing ongoing support throughout the fund lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have a Juris Doctor degree, at least two years of relevant legal experience, strong knowledge of securities laws, and excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
