Job Description

As a Call Manager, you will contact prospective donors on behalf of our clients (political candidates), guide them through the donation process, log donor responses, and ensure strong follow-up communication. You will be provided with call scripts, training, and call lists.

 

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound fundraising calls using prepared call sheets and scripts
  • Accurately log call results and donor pledges in campaign tracking tools
  • Work with candidates’ fundraising teams to schedule follow-ups
  • Represent candidates professionally and persuasively
  • Meet weekly contact and pledge goals


Qualifications

  • Strong verbal communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to be persuasive, warm, and professional over the phone
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently and meet goals
  • Experience with fundraising or political campaigns is a plus
  • Must have access to a phone, computer, and stable internet
