Opn Sesame is a peer to peer (P2P) text messaging startup with a focus on Republican political campaigns.

P2P text messaging is a new communications technology that enables one to one, personalized text messaging conversations. We help clients communicate with their supporters, constituents, parishioners and customers where they can be best reached: via text message.

Key Responsibilities:  

Serve as the day-to-day contact for clients, respond to client requests and provide recommendations and suggestions for campaign optimization, tests and creative adjustments.

Provide tactical guidance to clients on an ongoing basis to ensure that all campaigns achieve maximum deliverability based on carrier and our internal requirements; move to fix issues that arise.

Oversee and execute SMS campaigns to ensure that campaigns meet all client specifications. 

  Handle some administrative aspects of the business, including client research, preparation of call agendas and coordination of client meetings, team calls, and product demos for prospective clients. 

Collect and record client feedback on product design and functionality; communicate client requests for product updates and adjustments to our product development team. 

Produce proposals, after-action reports, manage analytics from campaigns and presentations for clients and agency partners. 

Desired Skills & Experience:

Excellent communication skills: both verbal and written. 

Experience managing digital projects such as email marketing, online advertising, social media management, website development, and SMS campaigns and communications is a plus.  

Experience working on a political or public affairs campaign is also a plus.
