The Aston Thomas Integrity Commission is the world's first AI forensic standards institution, authoring the Provenance and Integrity Standard, the first forensic benchmark defining what documentation AI builders and deployers must produce to prove their systems are lawful, traceable, and defensible under legal and regulatory scrutiny. We are looking for a communications associate who wants to build real institutional experience at the ground floor of something genuinely historic.

What You Will Do
Draft and refine institutional communications across multiple formats such as press materials, LinkedIn content, regulatory correspondence, and public announcements.
Translate complex forensic standards and AI governance concepts into clear compelling language accessible to legal professionals, regulators, policymakers, and the general public simultaneously.
Monitor AI litigation, regulation, and governance developments and help identify communications opportunities that position ATIC's voice in real time conversations.
Support the Founder directly on institutional communications ensuring every public facing document reflects the precision and authority the world's first AI forensic standards institution requires.
Who We Are Seeking
Current college students or recent graduates in communications, public relations, journalism, political science, or public policy. Strong writing ability is the single most important qualification. Experience with institutional, policy, or legal communications is a plus but not required. What matters most is that you are a strong writer who genuinely cares about AI accountability and wants to build toward a career in public affairs, policy communications, or institutional public relations.
