Position: Director, Federal Government Relations
Reports To: Vice President, Government Relations
Location: Hybrid in Arlington, VA
Come join CropLife America (CLA), the national trade association representing the pesticide industry. They are seeking a Director of Federal Government Relations to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced government relations professional to lead strategic federal advocacy initiatives, cultivate key stakeholder relationships, and influence policy on issues vital to modern agriculture!

As the Director of Federal Government Relations, you will represent the association on federal policy matters. You will manage and engage critical external allies and member company relationships through association committees, direct outreach to policymakers, and stakeholder coalitions. This role reports to the Vice President of Government Relations.
Qualified candidates offer:
- Bachelor’s degree in public policy, political science, history, or a similar field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a related position
- Working understanding of the federal legislative process, including relevant committees and current Members of Congress
- Working knowledge of the primary statutes and regulations governing the pesticide industry

Salary Range: $160,000 - $190,000
