What You’ll Be Doing

Establish and nurture long-term partnerships with trusted local non-profits, shelters, and school programs.
Plan and execute seasonal community service projects (care kit drives, school supply distributions, holiday relief).
Mobilize, brief, and lead church volunteer teams during hands-on outreach serve days.
Track impact metrics (families served, supplies distributed) to report kingdom fruit to the congregation.
Represent the church with humility, love, and servant leadership across Reading civic spaces.

Who We’re Looking For

Passionate devotion to Jesus Christ and a deep heart for the poor, marginalized, and underserved.
Familiarity with community outreach, social services, or non-profit volunteer coordination.
Outstanding relational networking and organizing abilities.
Rooted in the Reading, PA community with high cultural sensitivity and compassion.
Must reside in the Reading, PA area.
